Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process from drop-off to vehicle delivery. Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines. Partner with insurance companies to manage claims and maintain communication with customers providing updates on the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damage aspects are identified and perform quality inspections prior to delivery. Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. This role supports Classic Collision's mission of offering quality service with integrity and honesty.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
