Job Summary
Serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process from drop-off through vehicle delivery. Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines while partnering with insurers to manage claims. Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damage aspects are identified and maintains communication by providing updates on the repair process. Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery and maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate clearly in writing, via phone, and in-person. Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete a background check.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
