Job Summary

Service Advisor position based in Brampton (Ontario) focused on maintaining and updating daily repair/delivery records, handling inbound calls for repairs and service, reviewing expense reports and work orders, ensuring accurate real-time status of shop work, managing stockroom receipts and inventory, coordinating telematics parts in the system and on-ground, preparing invoices and processing deductions, inspecting deliveries, ensuring compliance and documentation for audits, scheduling parts installation with trucks daily, entering order information into the service ordering system for accurate billings, assisting the parts department with routine inventory counts, and delivering professional customer communication. Requires a college diploma or university degree (preferred), 1+ years in a coordination role (heavy truck/automotive industry a plus), strong verbal and written communication, mechanical aptitude, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • College diploma or University degree preferred
  • Must have had a minimum of 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry
  • Previous experience in Heavy Truck/ Automotive Industry is an asset
  • Previous experience in ordering parts/ parts coordination is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
