Job Summary
Service Advisor with proven sales experience and strong communication to deliver best in class customer service. You will know our full product and service line, understand how to best service customers, and collaborate with team members to achieve location goals. Responsibilities include receiving and delivering on customer requests (phone and in person), understanding and communicating what is promised, managing the daily schedule, creating a professional environment that builds rapport, answering questions about service requests, and using negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Training, ongoing education, and competitive bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
