Job Summary
Manage the flow of the service drive while ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service from check-in to delivery. Answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. Work closely with the shop to maintain strong customer satisfaction scores. This role is based at Castle CDJR of Chesterton, IN, a high-traffic dealership. Candidates must have previous Service Advisor or Writer experience with at least two consecutive years, plus fantastic communication skills and a clean driving record. Top performers can earn up to $150K annually.
