Job Summary
Service Advisor at Camping World responsible for initiating and processing repair-service requests, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed on work progress. Duties include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales to increase transaction value, providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and maintaining clear communication on service status. Requires computer proficiency, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
