Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at Camping World, you will be responsible for initiating and processing repair service requests, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about work progress. You will need to determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales, and provide price estimates prior to appointments. Key qualifications include at least one year of service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adhere to department policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of service experience
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Ability to follow department procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time
- Commission based role
