Job Summary
Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department. The role involves determining specialized product needs, suggesting add-on sales, providing price estimates, and keeping customers informed on work progress. Candidates should have at least one year of service experience, preferably with RV products, and must possess excellent organization and follow-up skills. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions, where successful team members can earn $75,000 or more annually based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
- Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
- The ability to follow department procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license preferred
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
