Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at Camping World, you will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about work progress. You will determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales, and provide price estimates for installations. This role requires strong organizational skills, service experience (preferably in RV products), computer proficiency, and the ability to follow department procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Desired Qualifications
- Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience
