Job Summary
Service Advisor at Camping World responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of service experience preferred
- RV product or camping lifestyle
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Ability to follow department procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license preferred
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
