Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers aware of work progress. This role involves determining specialized product needs, suggesting add-on sales, and providing price estimates for services prior to scheduling. The position offers uncapped commissions with successful team members earning $75,000 or more annually based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
- Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
- Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
