Job Summary
Service Advisor at C. Harper Auto Group (Ford/KIA) who serves as the primary contact for customers to understand vehicle repair and service needs, communicates clearly, and drives service and repair sales while overseeing technicians to ensure timely, quality work. Responsibilities include engaging customers, delivering exceptional service, maintaining compliance with company standards, monitoring service progress and timelines, supervising technician work, optimizing retail promotions, and contributing to SOP improvements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience and accredited training in service-advisor skills; strong English communication and multitasking abilities.
