Job Summary
Determine the type of service, create estimated damage reports, and process insurance claims for customer units. Follow up with insurance companies for Letter of Authorization, evaluate LOAs against repair estimates, and convert them to Repair Orders. Monitor repaired units, submit daily reports for Released, Estimated, and WIP status, and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the repair process. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of automotive systems, and ability to understand Key Performance Indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical related Work
- Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
- Knows how to process insurance claims
- Knowledge in automotive and car
- Able to communicate and empathize with clients
- Basic understanding of appointment setting
