Job Summary
Service Advisor at Bretz RV & Marine in Butte, MT responsible for creating work orders for sold, for-sales and customer units (including pre-delivery inspections), maintaining accurate work order documentation, reviewing and ordering parts for stock unit repairs, and ensuring precise, complete records. Communicates professionally with staff, technicians, management and customers; attends daily delivery meetings to provide updates on sold delivery units; performs computer entry and closure of repair orders with all necessary information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and emphasizes attention to detail, organization, communication, and multitasking. Compensation includes salary plus commission, with annual potential averaging $45,000 to $60,000; full-time schedule Monday–Friday with Saturdays on rotation; benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match, on-site daycare, holiday pay and vacation, employee discounts, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
