Job Summary
Greet customers, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and document concerns to enable proper diagnosis. Consult on service specials, prioritize required services, and document declines while keeping clients informed on completion times and expenses. Provide concierge support for all inquiries and remain involved with vehicle delivery to ensure concerns are addressed. Build relationships by knowing product characteristics and operational details. Maintain a clean driving record and possess basic MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Smart, energetic personality, who is hard working
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Knowledge of automotive service departments
- Have or be able to acquire the required certifications
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Dependable with a reliable source of transportation
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- A reliable, consistent work history and a clean drug test are required
Desired Qualifications
- Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
