Service Advisor

Service Advisor needed at Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon to be the key link between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting service concerns, explaining repairs and recommendations, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service, preparing and processing service orders and payments, and following up post-service to ensure satisfaction. Must communicate clearly, maintain knowledge of vehicle models and service procedures, and promote dealership promotions. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer skills with familiarity with dealership management software.
