Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion, building relationships and identifying service needs with a sales-driven approach. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling, then communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion. Keep customers informed of repair progress, address escalated situations with empathy, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This salary plus commission role offers $60,000 base pay, a five-day work week, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed

- Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience
- Automotive or service industry background
- Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism
