Service Advisor

Own the repair from keys to keys, from the moment a customer drops off their vehicle to the moment you hand the keys back. Build real relationships with customers and keep them informed throughout the repair; coordinate with technicians to keep production moving; delegate work orders and ensure repairs stay on schedule; order parts and manage supplements; handle estimates, authorizations, and documentation; deliver vehicles back to customers with confidence. Requires several years of experience as a service advisor or estimator in collision or automotive repair; strong customer relationships and clear communication; skilled with CCC One, Mitchell, or similar estimating systems; fast-paced shop environment; valid driver’s license; high school diploma.
