Service Advisor - Bedford Audi - 12 month fixed term contract

As a Service Advisor at Bedford Audi (Vindis Group), you will be integral to the Aftersales Team, delivering the Service Core Process and ensuring a robust customer communication strategy. You will maintain electronic records, foster effective relationships with the Workshop Team, ensure timely and clear information flow from front-of-house, contribute to a culture focused on first-time fixes, and become a specialist in your area using available tools and resources. Prerequisites include a Full UK driving licence and prior customer-facing and motor industry experience is preferable.
