Service Advisor - Baxter Volkswagen of La Vista

Greet guests, answer calls, and set appointments. Identify mechanical problems through investigative questions, visual inspections, and road tests. Confer with customers on inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare repair orders detailing time, cost, and labor estimates. Write descriptions of customer concerns to assist technicians, explain work performed and charges, and resolve concerns effectively. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requires a valid driver's license and age 18 or older. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
