Job Summary
Manage customer service and vehicle repair coordination at the service department, handling multiple tasks with strong communication and writing skills. Write service orders for customer vehicles repaired at the dealership, maintaining high CSI scores and treating all customers as potential lifetime purchasers. Requires extensive walking and standing within the facility. Work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Service Writer experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Great communication and writing skills
- Being very organized
- Being exceptionally customer service oriented
- Strong track record in customer satisfaction
- Ability to walk within the dealership/service department
- Ability to stand
- Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Availability for rotating Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
