Job Summary
Service Advisor role bridging service technicians and customers in AutoNation Ford Tustin. Explain technicians’ recommendations in clear language, identify upsell opportunities, and manage appointments, repair orders, and cost/time estimates. Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets and CSI goals, liaising with technicians and parts staff, guiding customers through maintenance planning, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- The willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
