Job Summary
Consult with customers regarding service needs. Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle service, schedule service appointments, and ensure work is completed by service technicians in a timely manner; Supervisory responsibilities include directly supervising eight non-supervisory service technicians in the service department, hiring/training, assigning work, and evaluating performance. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and ethics in a safety-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
