Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at Capitol GMC in San Jose, CA, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by thoughtfully assessing guests' needs in the service department, coordinating vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK, writing Repair Orders, coordinating check-in/delivery, building and communicating repair estimates, obtaining proper authorization for additional repairs, advising guests on vehicle care per manufacturers’ specifications, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year of previous Service Advisor experience
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
