Job Summary
Experienced Service Advisor to join luxury dealership/service team. Provides customer-focused guidance through the service process, utilizes CRM tools, communicates effectively, and upholds award-winning customer service standards. Includes competitive compensation with bonuses/incentives, benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), 401k with match, accrued PTO, and training/career development. Flexible schedule with alternating Saturdays; prior high-line automotive service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- CRM Software Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
