Job Summary
Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers in AutoNation Ford Torrance’s service department, explaining Technician recommendations to customers in clear language, suggesting up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe, and handling appointment preparation, vehicle needs assessment (walk-around, inspections, and test drives), cost/time estimates for repair orders, and ongoing customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through a consultative selling approach. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction targets, and coordinating with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
Required Qualifications
