Job Summary
Conduct road tests, perform visual inspections, and determine repair needs through customer questioning and mechanical testing. Estimate repair costs within budget, maintain detailed logs of parts and labor, and shop for parts at online vendors or local sources. Directly supervise mechanics, review work tickets, and turn in invoices to the Office Manager to ensure timely payment. Communicate repair issues with the Manager and customers, inspect new inventory vehicles, and compare shops to find the lowest repair costs while protecting company interests. Adhere to daily attendance requirements and company policies.
Required Qualifications
