Job Summary
Greet customers in person and over the phone, then listen to and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles against service history. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, clearly communicate technician recommendations, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Update customers daily on service status, process cashing out tickets with warranty explanations, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls. Track new and core returns and warranty parts for individual customers. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays at Affordable Tire & Brake Co., an authorized Bridgestone and Firestone dealer with 11 service bays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Professional appearance
- Proven ability to work in a process driven environment
