Job Summary
Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments as the first point of contact from booking through to vehicle collection. Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time, prepare accurate service estimates, and explain recommended work and associated costs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, resolve concerns professionally, and coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency. Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining completed work and charges while completing all administrative tasks per dealership and manufacturer warranty requirements. Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm with Saturday morning rotations at overtime rates.
Required Qualifications
- Current or previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- A valid NSW drivers licence
- Outstanding communication, customer service and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately
- Applicants must reside in Australia
