Job Summary
Oversee service orders and flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries (phone or in person); ensure technicians' time is efficiently sold to service customers; distribute work between technicians; answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs; maintain customer satisfaction scores; assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts/tools as necessary; reinforce company policies and standards; ensure compliance with laws and regulations; maintain positive relations with factory(s) and employees; requires excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, a professional appearance, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
