Job Summary
Present and promote LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales while establishing positive business and customer relationships. Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience, ensuring you achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Demonstrate relationship management skills, openness to feedback, and a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly, courteous attitude. This role requires occasional prolonged periods of standing and walking, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and working outside in varying weather conditions. Highly motivated candidates with a proven track record in membership sales and excellent negotiation skills are ideal. Required Qualifications
