Job Summary
Schedule repairs, assign work to technicians, prepare and process repair orders, and enter work orders into the computer system. Monitor job schedule and status of progress while maintaining current knowledge on job times, pricing, and flat rates. Coordinate timely paperwork processing, assist with warranty inquiries, and oversee overall day-to-day operations of the service department. Effective communication with customers regarding their job orders is essential. Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of related truck experience
- Windows and Word computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable and reliable attendance

- CDL
