Job Summary
Express Lane Service Advisor greets Express Lane guests with a positive attitude, gathers accurate customer and vehicle data, conducts walk-arounds, and recommends routine maintenance. You will prepare complete, transparent cost estimates for parts and labor, coordinate workflow with technicians and parts staff to minimize guest wait times, provide proactive updates to customers, review invoice details, explain completed work, process payments, and maintain high CSI scores. The role emphasizes consultative advising, upscale customer service, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement into Main Shop Advisor roles. Requires 1+ years of automotive service or fast-paced customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficient computer skills; dealer management systems experience (CDK/ADP) is a plus.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an automotive service or fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with dealer management systems like CDK/ADP is a major plus but not required
