Job Summary
Service Administrator role in Karaganda, Kazakhstan focused on end-to-end service administration and operational support within a mining-technology environment. Responsibilities include operating SAP CS to create and manage service transactions, releasing orders for scheduling on the FSM Planning Board, maintaining locations/equipment records/BOMs, registering service inquiries, opening job packs, supporting quotations and contract execution; monitoring service costs, hours, and WIP, and ensuring on-time delivery while supporting billing and order closure; engaging daily with service engineers to review job status and provide timely updates; contributing to reporting, forecasting, document control, procurement support, and general admin tasks; and upholding a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates will have ERP experience, strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness, with nice-to-haves including SAP/FSM knowledge and multi-region service support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (service or sales administration within engineering, mining, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
