Job Summary
Service Administrator for Arbon Equipment (Rite-Hite Company) to support the Service and Sales departments by timely entry of parts and related orders, preparation of invoices, and maintenance of inventory to meet installation and PMP schedules. Responsible for timely acquisition of parts and material, accurate processing of service jobs, monitoring the service system, and generating invoices to ensure customer invoicing requirements and timely payment. Requires at least one year of related experience; field service experience is preferred.
