Job Summary
Service Administrator role focused on delivering administrative support for a pest control partnership. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact by phone and email for clients, company technicians and the sales force; checking and actioning sales and service paperwork; liaising with clients to update on work progress; owning queries and complaints; keeping database records up to date; producing and maintaining spreadsheets; filing; handling low-level account queries; and performing general office duties. Key skills include excellent written and verbal communication, strong customer service, high organization and multitasking ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, data-entry accuracy, calm under pressure, proactive initiative, teamwork, and strong interpersonal abilities. Desirable experience in Service/FM industries and a customer-centric, delivery-focused mindset with a can-do attitude. Required Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal
