Job Summary
Service Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract supporting maintenance agreements and the Service Dispatch team. Responsibilities include organizing, processing, and maintaining documentation for maintenance agreements, opening Service Orders with required details (Purchase Orders, Service Request forms, scopes of work), backing up Service Dispatchers, assisting with scheduling Field Technicians, and communicating work progress and material needs to management. Requires 1–2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with service-office tasks and relevant software (e.g., Jonas, NorthBoundary) is preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday; location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (in-person). Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative position
