Job Summary
Service Administrator needed to organize, process, and maintain documentation for maintenance agreements while providing admin support to the Service Dispatch team. Responsibilities include opening service orders with required details (Purchase Orders, Service Request forms, scopes of work), maintaining reports on service agreements and projects, updating project/customer documentation, assisting scheduling of Field Technicians, and communicating progress, customer requests, staffing concerns, and material requirements to the Service Manager, Project Supervisor, and General Manager. Strong MS Office skills, 1–2 years of admin experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are required; experience with Jonas or NorthBoundary software and a mechanical service office environment are preferred. Schedule is Monday to Friday in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred Assets: Experience in a mechanical service office environment
- Familiarity with Jonas software
- Experience using NorthBoundary software
