Service Administrator

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support while creating and managing work orders with accurate documentation. Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on customer needs, priorities, and availability, communicating regarding service requests, scheduling, and status updates. Maintain accurate records, update service systems, and assist with warranty administration and service-related processes. Participate in a paid after-hours emergency phone rotation approximately one week per month while adhering to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies. Join the Distribution business team in Candiac, QC, in a 100% onsite role.
