Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Service Department, helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsible for responding to customer and internal service enquiries, creating and managing service work orders from start to finish, maintaining accurate service records and department documentation, updating customer and equipment information in company systems, assisting with service reporting and departmental administration, processing warranty and product improvement claims, and supporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, leveraging Microsoft Office and computer-based systems to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A professional and positive approach to customer service is expected; mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential. The role is based in Adelaide, SA, Australia, within Brandt’s global service team.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Year 12 completion or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
