Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office support experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, databases, and business software
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy, service-focused environment
  • Mechanical, industrial, equipment, service, construction, or dispatch-related experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn technical terminology and ask good questions when information is unclear
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
