Job Summary
Service Administrator position in Butte, MT within AWARE focused on administrative supervision, program leadership, billing and records management for adult intensive stabilization residential services. Responsibilities include supervising staff and caseloads, monitoring billing benchmarks, guiding referrals and EHR data entry, ensuring licensing/Medicaid compliance, developing policies, reporting program outcomes, acting as a community liaison, conducting file reviews, HR activities (hiring, firing, onboarding), overseeing purchasing and IT needs, providing crisis response as needed, and ensuring clinical supervision and training needs are met. Requires MS/MA or BA/BS in related field and 3 years of direct supervisory experience; strong administrative, communication, and team-work skills are essential. Salary $72,080 per year with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MS/MA Degree in a Business or Human Services related field; or (2) BA/BS degree in a Business or Human Services related field
- Three (3) years of well documented and evident direct employment related experience that includes staff supervision
- Thorough administrative understanding of social service/treatment related, and mental health programs
- Skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication; ability to set goals and meet them; critical thinking; problem solving; interpret and adapt guidelines; ability to work independently and as part of a team
