Service Administrator-4 month contract

Job Summary
Service Administrator (4-month contract) responsible for developing and administering service repair quotes for branch customers. Role includes researching parts and estimating labour to generate quotes, developing tools and database resources (quote standards, templates, labour-times database, parts lookup processes), and responding to customers via telephone or electronic channels in a timely, courteous manner. Collaborate with the technical team to develop rollout plans for subsequent service branches, and provide ongoing follow-up with customers and technical inquiries. Required: college diploma or post-secondary education and 2 years related experience in service/parts/supply chain/product support; basic knowledge of heavy equipment/truck & coach sectors is an asset; proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma / Post secondary Education
- 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
