Job Summary
Service Administration & Rental Coordination for Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in a full-time, rotating 4-day/10-hour schedule (7:00 AM–6:00 PM; some Saturdays) hybrid role combining Service Cashier, Customer Support, and Rental Fleet Coordination. Responsibilities include calculating bills, processing payments, answering calls and emails, scheduling service appointments, ensuring proper signing/closing of repair orders, balancing deposits, scanning documents, and receptionist duties. Also coordinate rental reservations, verify insurance coverage, obtain driver’s licenses and insurance signatures, conduct vehicle check-in/check-out inspections, close rental agreements upon vehicle return, educate customers on rental policies, track fleet activity, and maintain rental readiness. Requires excellent customer service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, basic computer skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and a valid driver’s license; manual transmission experience preferred; background check and drug screening required. Some Saturdays required; in-person office location in Glendale, MO.
