Job Summary
Manage and coordinate service appointments, creating and closing work orders in the system to ensure efficient technician scheduling and timely delivery. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing service questions, providing updates, and handling billing discrepancies for parts and labor. Maintain detailed records of service history, warranties, and repair documentation while inputting service data into systems. Coordinate with parts departments for required supplies and provide administrative assistance with paperwork and filing. Reach out post-service to request feedback and address concerns. Requires a high school diploma, two years of administrative experience, and proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office. Full-line semi-trailer dealership offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with service management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other basic office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of service processes and customer service principles
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Ability to sit for long periods, use office equipment (computer, phone), and occasionally lift up to 25lbs pounds
