Job Summary
Service Administrator responsible for clerical and administrative support to the assigned department, including answering calls, filing, data retrieval and summaries, handling service inquiries, shipping/receiving service and parts orders, creating and following up on service POs and RMAs, invoicing and receivables, and performing related duties. Must have strong verbal/written communication, customer service, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), knowledge of QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Prior experience in the service industry is a huge plus; lifting up to 15/20 pounds may be required.
