Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates while translating and inputting technician notes into the Service database. Organize physical files, upload photos and documents, and collect required transaction documents. Coordinate delivery logistics to ensure trailer readiness and manage incoming and outgoing calls using multi-line phones. Maintain accurate records in systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams. Work Saturdays; pass a background and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in using multiple phone lines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, neat appearance and positive attitude
- Must be available to work Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
