Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing new and existing clients related to Roofing Repairs and Maintenance with Commercial Buildings. This role includes networking and building relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers, and Business Owners through various events such as Tradeshows. Responsibilities include growing the Roofing Service business, regular follow-up on quotes, and promoting Flynn's brand through marketing channels. Candidates must have prior commercial sales experience and be proficient in relevant software tools.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Commercial SALES experience required - preferably with Property Managers, Building Owners, and Business Owners
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role, including Bluebeam/AutoCAD, Project, etc.
- Clear understanding of contract documents
