Job Summary
Service Account Manager role focusing on maintaining and expanding current accounts for Way Mechanical, with responsibilities including managing day-to-day sales requirements, developing qualified maintenance/service and retrofit prospects, preparing bids and proposals, delivering sales presentations, handling delinquent accounts, and providing turnover details to Service Operations. The role involves interacting with building owners, developers, and facility personnel to understand work scope, budgeting, and competition, and leveraging CRM to track progression of proposed work. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform essential functions without risk of harm
