Job Summary
Service Account Manager responsible for acting as the single point of contact for dedicated customers within Aftermarket / Drilling Lifecycle Services in Europe and Africa. You will build and maintain trust-based customer relationships, provide customers with complete activity histories and status, proactively initiate sales across the full DLS portfolio, contribute to sales planning and forecasting, identify new business opportunities, ensure operational feedback is shared with management, maintain systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HMH Connect), and support offshore/onshore assignments including warranty cases while upholding HSSE and Quality standards. The role requires clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders, independence with cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel to offshore/onshore sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles in a technical or service-driven environment
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP and Salesforce)
- Strong commitment to HSSE, quality and company values
